hotel is just far enough from the airport and city centre to be inconvenient, requiring a taxi everywhere outside of the airport terminals (the free drop off service downtown is too limited to really work for most and the tube stations are still a bit of a trek and not convenient really).
the hotel is quite nice IMO, especially design, however it is quite modern and heavy on the black/white, minimalist side which may not suit all tastes. Just spent the better part of a week here and will post a review with pictures once I am back home on a computer but in addition to what the others have said
